Fractional CMO & Consulting Service Details

CMO Full Engagement Program

On a part-time basis with the support of staff, agencies and/or contractors, the following services will be provided:

1. Marketing Needs Assessments

During the first 1-3 months, we will conduct a marketing gap analysis and review everything from your positioning statement and customer journey to your website, SEO and social channels to provide a comprehensive report with recommendations. Some assessments will be ready at the end of 30 days and others may be conducted over several months. 

2. Research to Fill in Knowledge Gaps

Additional research may be proposed to fill in any missing information needed to maximize marketing strategy. (This step may take longer and involve additional costs which will be presented for approval.)

3. Strategic Planning

Based on the findings in the marketing needs assessment and research, a strategic plan will be developed and presented to leadership for alignment. 

4. Talent, Budget & Tech Recommendations

At this stage, we will create a budget and recommendations for staffing/agency support and new technologies needed to implement the strategies.

5. Strategy and Tactics Prioritization

If the full recommendations are not possible due to lack of finances or other reasons, we will prioritize campaigns according to those that will have the biggest impact on the organization's goals.  

6. Resources and Staffing Procurement

In this stage, staff, contractors and/or agencies will be onboarded and new technologies will be installed if needed. 

7. Implementation and Accountability

Using a 90-day agile plan with sprints, campaigns will be mapped out with KPIs assigned to staff members to ensure everyone understands expectations and is aligned with the organization's goals. Then,  progress meetings will be held to keep the team on track.

8. KPI Tracking and Reporting

Bi-weekly reports and/or dashboards consisting of executive-level metrics will be provided to the C-suite.  The marketing team will maintain metrics dashboards that will ladder up to organizations overall goals.

9. Evaluate & Innovate

Trends, new technologies and findings from the campaign data will be reviewed and plans will be adjusted to improve outcomes for the next 90-day session.  


Jump Start Strategy Consult & Workshop

During a 2-month period, we will conduct all the steps in the CMO Full Engagement Program except the last three steps.

CMOx Full Engage Package Steps 1-5

The first five steps in the full Engage program will be conducted and a plan will be presented for the company to implement on its own or to move forward with another package.

Add-On Services as Needed - TBD

Once the initial strategy consultation is done, additional services may be recommended and will be approved by the client prior to implementation.


Strategy Advisor Program

After participating in a CMO Full Engagement program or a Jump Start Strategy Consult, clients can continue with advisory services month-to-month with a lower financial commitment if needed. Services in this program include:

Monthly Metrics Review & Recommendations

Your KPIs and campaign metrics will be reviewed and recommendations will be provided to modify strategies and improve outcomes.

One Monthly Meeting to Discuss Strategy

Data-driven recommendations will be presented to executives and they will have the opportunity to share updated business plans and obtain the perspective of a marketing professional.  

One Monthly Meeting with Marketing Staff

The marketing team will be able to meet with the advisor up to two times per month.

Unlimited Email Correspondence

Executives and marketing team members may reach out to get advice about marketing strategy and/or the execution of tactics.
