During this phase, goals will be reviewed and a complete assessment of your existing marketing strategies, campaigns, collateral and capabilities will be conducted. Baseline metrics will be documented and a dashboard set up to track progress.
If adequate market research is not already available, additional research may be needed to complete the strategic plan. This may include surveys, customer interviews and secondary research.
Once the research is conducted, a report and strategic recommendations will be presented to the senior leadership team to align on next steps.
During this phase, the aligned-upon strategies will be translated into an actionable roadmap and the resources needed to achieve it will be defined.
The staffing and vendors needed will be hired and held accountable to meet the agreed-upon measurable objectives/key results (OKRs).
Throughout campaign execution and at the end of quarters, we will evaluate results and make changes to improve outcomes for the next cycle.
